1. Light duty ground protection mat
This kind of road mat can be used for temporary roads | pedestrian walkways | site composites | grass reinforcement | temporary car parks | wheelchair access etc. It is a kind of ground protection mat which is convenient for installation, transportation and transfer. Generally, the size is not very large. The best-selling size is 1220 x 2440 x 12.7 mm. The actual production size of width is not more than 2500 mm, the length is not limited, and the maximum thickness is not more than 30 mm. The maximum load-bearing capacity can reach 80 tons in static state. The material is composited HDPE material, extruded by extruder machine, and the production speed is fast, with a daily output of 9 tons.
2. Heavy duty ground protection mat
This kind of road mat can be used for events | construction | heritage sites | oil | drilling | transmission | gas | solar and so on, and it is convenient for cranes, trucks, tracked vehicles and other large equipment to enter and leave. The best-selling size is 3000x2500x38 / 37mm, it can also produce 4550x2050mm, and the thickness can be 10-150mm. The maximum bearing capacity can reach 120 tons in static state. The material is composited UHMWPE materials, which is made by pressing mold. The production speed is slow, up to 8 pieces per day.
3. Hollow ground protection mat, rig mat
This kind of road mat is suitable for special environment such as swamp, depression, muddy and slippery road. It is a road mat specially produced to meet special road conditions. The thickness is 80mm, the width is 1900-1960mm, and the length is unlimited. The maximum bearing capacity at rest is 80 tons. Material is virgin HDPE material, extruded by a special extruder machine, production speed fast, daily output of 18 tons.
