We can bend the UHMWPE board to the right radian according to the customer's requirements for easy installation, it is specially used as the lining of screw conveyor. Generally, it is made of two-color UHMWPE, which has two layers and two colors.


UHMWPE plate has good wear resistance and self lubrication, and has a certain degree of rigidity, so it is very suitable to be used as a liner, especially the truck liner, bunker liner, which will help protect the truck body increase the service life of the body. Because of its self-lubricating property, it can also help unload the goods, and there is no need for additional manpower to dig out the goods in the body, help the company or operator save much time and money .


We can provide the whole board, you could go back and cut it by ourselves, there will be no waste. Can also provide processed products, according to the drawings to produce a variety of shapes, drilling. Machining accuracy:+-0.5mm.

Thickness can be 8-100mm, for truck liner, 8-12mm thickness is enough.

With a very low friction co-efficient and zero water absorption, UHMWPE lining are widely used to eliminate caking, bridging and hanging up of a variety of bulk materials in application extending through steel and cement production, mining and power generation. In new applications the use of UHMWPE liners facilitates shallower chute and hoper angles providing greater design freedom whilst in existing installations the simulation of steeper angles through a low friction co-efficient is often the solution to plant blockage problems.
